Adrian manages the tender to order Sales Team from our Northern office, contacting existing and potential customers, both over the phone and in person, to build long lasting business relationships. Adrian also assists on site visits giving advice on the installation of GreenBlue Urban products.
Arran joined the team assisting the Product Development Manager to coordinate the build and delivery of special grills, he remains involved in this process but additionally is now in charge of processing all customer soil orders, liaising with the site contacts and coordinating deliveries. He also oversees the health & safety and facilities for our Head Office building, ensuring the team work in a safe and compliant space.
Carol is the main point of contact for processing orders and managing customer service inquiries in North America. She handles incoming telephone inquiries, and follows up proposals and potential projects to ensure that GreenBlue can meet project requirements and deadlines. Carol also works with the accounting team to provide prompt and accurate reports.
Spanish Account Manager
Carol is responsible for all aspects of sales and business development for Spain. She is fluent in Spanish and English. Carol is working hard to build new relationships with contractors and clients in Spain as well as continuing to support existing clients, helping them with projects to create sustainable and green environments.
Graphic Designer & Web Developer
Chris has a passion for design, animation and video and this is very much reflected in the material he creates as part of our Marketing team.

Craig is responsible for ensuring that the North American office is aware of all relevant projects in our industry, in view of securing an opportunity to provide our world-leading products for long-term urban tree health and sustainable infrastructure. He follows up on projects and proposals in order to serve clients with the best possible support. Craig regularly contacts our customers and potential clients to build profitable relationships regarding ongoing and upcoming projects. He also manages the day-to-day operations of the North American office, including IT.
Trainee Technical Estimator
Dale joined GreenBlue Urban in August 2018 with an energy and passion to provide the best possible Customer Service! He is excited about improving urban areas by helping to grow bigger and better trees because of the amazing benefits that they bring.
Dale is building up his knowledge with every enquiry he deals with, allowing him to provide quotations to customers in an accurate and efficient manner.
Daniel works with our consulting team to bring our industry-leading systems into use on projects throughout North America.
Dean founded GreenBlue Urban Limited as Greenleaf in 1992. He is passionate about urban trees being given the best possible resources and environment in which to thrive and travels the globe propagating his enthusiasm to governments and local authorities.
More recently, Dean has developed his expertise to integrate Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SuDs) technology with optimum Urban Tree Pit design, championing the movement into storm water management utilising urban trees.
Urban Forestry Consultant
Derek started in arboriculture about 20 years ago, although the last few years has been working in the construction industry. With RFS Cert Arb qualification and a considerable amount of experience working with trees in different areas, including a time with Bartlett Tree Experts, Derek is able to contribute from his knowledge of tree physiology and arboricultural principals providing presentations to Architects throughout the North of Britain.
Frank is responsible for sourcing and setting up cost effective and stock efficient supply agreements for the North American operation, ensuring the highest level of quality in all our products. He builds strong relationships with our partner suppliers and contract manufacturers. Frank has a keen eye for improving quality and reducing costs in our manufacturing processes.
PR & Specification Consultant
Howard spends much of his time travelling the country. He carries out CPD presentations and site visits to assist contractors with their tree planting projects ensuring GreenBlue benefits are understood and his enthusiasm for this is legendary.
With nearly 40 years of experience planting trees in urban settings, having worked with Dean during his school holidays, and is committed to seeing every tree getting the best possible opportunity to attain its potential.
Hannah holds the position of Marketing Assistant. Managing the execution of nationwide events including conferences, CPD seminars and trade shows.
Hannah works alongside the technical advisors to gather information for exciting new projects. She also enjoys building a professional relationship with industry colleagues, supporting the Green and Blue Infrastructure sector.
Credit Control Manager
Ian is our Credit Control Manager and is based down in Sidmouth Devon.
His vital role in the business ensures customers pay on time meaning other customers don’t end up paying more. Ian works very hard to build lasting relationships with customers both existing and new.
Technical Design Consultant
James has been part of GreenBlue Urban Limited since the early days of Greenleaf.
As a director he has seen many changes and developments over the years and shares Dean’s passion of urban tree success. He splits his time between spreading the understanding of good tree planting practice through CPD presentations and blog posts; and assisting clients and Specifiers with technical issues and questions
Technical Design & Business Development Support
Jakes joins us as an internal sales operative – supporting technical sales in identifying projects. His main hobby is sport – both rugby and football. He also supports Liverpool FC and his dream is to watch them play at their home ground Anfield.
Jeff is in charge of managing the Warehouse and has a wealth of experience in warehousing and logistics.
Jeff works hard to ensure customers receive their goods on time and as they would like to find them.His role also means he is heavily involved with ensuring the operation is run in a safe and secure manner.
Jeremy carries out continuing education seminars to industry professionals including landscape architects, urban designers and planners, civil engineers, and arborists. He spends most of his time out of the office, whether at client offices providing project support and best practice methodology, delivering presentations at industry conferences, or reviewing job sites and assisting contractors with installation support. Jeremy also lectures at universities across North America on various green infrastructure, sustainable development, and urban forestry topics.

Jolene is a CAD Designer in the North American office that works to ensure our clients receive professional drawings and specification assistance for every project. She helps provide detailed schematics and drawings that are utilized in the manufacturing of our products and the assembly of tree pits in even the most custom project applications.
Karlos manages the tender to order projects for our Southern Accounts. Contacting existing and potential customers, both over the phone and in person, to build long lasting business relationships. Karlos has a vast amount of customer service experience and can assist on site giving techincal advice on the installation of GreenBlue Urban products.
Matthew Werle is a consultant at GreenBlue Urban, where his strong background in developing sustainable solutions for green infrastructure is an asset to GreenBlue Urban’s commitment to creating sustainable cities. He is excited to be part of the GreenBlue team and continue building his relationships with landscape architects, civil engineers, urban designers, and contractors to facilitate sustainable green and blue infrastructure in cities across southeastern United States.

Louise has a wealth of experience in all channels of marketing and uses this to effectively implement her marketing strategy. She thoroughly enjoys her role and is supported by a hardworking and enthusiastic team, all working together to expand and enable sustainable cities on a global scale.
Customer Service Coordinator
Marcella is an experienced customer service coordinator, having previously worked in a wholesale environment (books/entertainment products).
Her main role within the company is to manage customer enquiries and process orders in a timely and efficient manner. Marcella frequently answers the phone so could be the first person you speak to when calling GreenBlue Urban. She is enjoying working within a new industry and for the challenges her role brings.
Martin has many years’ experience in transport, manufacturing and distribution. He has worked for some of the largest 3pl providers giving him a solid understanding of the challenges maintaining high expectations.
Martin holds a Transport Managers international CPC as well as IOSH. Martin oversees the operational side of the business ensuring our activities are undertaken in a safe and compliant manner.
Director - North America
Nigel is a Director of GreenBlue Urban North America. He oversees all departments of the North American team from a senior management perspective and is responsible for reviewing staff performance and chairs weekly staff meetings with the NA team.
Business Support Manager
Paul ensures all the teams and staff at GreenBlue Urban have the support and equipment they need to function as efficiently as possible.
Paul liaises with all the GreenBlue Urban offices and works hard to make sure everyone has a clear view of the company values and goals; and are happy in their work.
Oliver or Olly as he is known is our newest member to the Warehouse team. His main role is to pick and pack customer orders, ensuring quantities are accurate, goods are well packed and that they arrive on time in and are in tip top condition. As the company expands, his help in distributing our products to clients is invaluable.
Richard is highly experienced in Customer Service coming from his previous role as a Customer Service Manager. Richard is highly motivated and will go the extra mile to ensure our customer’s needs are met.
Day to day he supports both new and existing customers with their projects and occasionally visits sites to provide technical assistance on installations.
Administration & Customer Service Assistant
Romaine’s main role within the company is to manage customer inquiries and process orders. She supports both our customers and colleagues alike.

Roy gained his product knowledge in the warehouse when he first started at GreenBlue Urban, working his way into the estimating role, before becoming an Account Manager and is now the Managing Director.
Roy directs and controls the company’s operations giving strategic guidance and direction to the team to ensure GreenBlue Urban achieves its missions and objectives.
Shane is responsible for finding unique ways to attract prospects to GreenBlue Urban. He specializes in content strategy in order to make GreenBlue a valuable resource that resonates with landscape architects, urban designers, civil engineers, arborists, and other industry professionals, so that they are naturally attracted to GreenBlue and the solutions we provide. Shane also works with industry associations to provide GreenBlue Urban’s expertise at green infrastructure conferences across North America.
Business Development Administrator
Stephanie coordinates our continuing education seminars to further expand GreenBlue Urban’s market. She is passionate about continuous learning and is proud to support Landscape Architects & Civil Engineers in finding sustainable green infrastructure solutions to their projects.
Steve is highly experienced in Account Management. Steve is responsible for working closely with clients from quotation stage through to completion of a project. He maintains strong working relationships both over the phone and through face-to-face visits.
Technical Design & Systems Manager
Shane has a vast amount of technical expertise in our products and solutions as well as tree species and planting requirements, which he’s gained during his 15+ years with the company.
Shane primarily provides technical support to specifiers assisting with understanding the requirements of each individual project.
Additionally, Shane ensures our internal systems are robust and efficient allowing our staff to provide the best service we can when dealing with customers.
Technical Design Estimator
Tom has a wealth of technical expertise in GreenBlue Urban products and solutions. He uses this knowledge to analyse inbound enquiries allowing him to prepare designs and associated quotes, getting them to our clients in a timely and efficient manner.
Troy supports our consulting team by coordinating presentations across North America. He further expands GreenBlue Urban’s market reach, while supporting urban landscape professionals with our increasing CEU opportunities.
Zoe has been a loyal member of the GreenBlue Urban team for nearly ten years. She manages both the company sales and purchase ledgers, along with producing financial management reports.
